| Try pressing the play button. The media is supposed to start playing automatically, but sometimes it may need a little help. | Check your volume controls. It's a simple solution, but one that is often overlooked. Also check that your speakers or headphones are plugged in properly. |

| If you are using a slower connection, or internet traffic is very heavy, the media may be having trouble playing over the network to your computer. Sometimes these breaks happen once or twice within a long file. If they happen every few seconds, you may consider stopping and trying the media at another time. |
